Sustainably sourced, ethically made jewellery

We've had so many new people join the ZPJ community over the past few weeks so I wanted to take the chance to re-introduce myself!

I’m Zoë and I'm passionate about creating beautiful, timeless jewellery with minimal environmental impact. My workshop in Wellington is all about sustainability, and I’m committed to using eco-friendly processes wherever possible.

I source all my materials from suppliers that I trust, and who hold the same ethical ethos that we do. Wherever possible we keep this local, if only diamonds and sapphires were found here in NZ! We always use conflict-free diamonds, and lots of our sapphire jewellery uses sapphires that have come directly from a small mine in Rubyvale, Australia where they are found.

I also love the idea of giving old jewellery a new life, melting down gold or reusing stones to create custom jewellery that can be passed down for generations.

I believe in creating NZ-made jewellery that not only looks good but does good, and I’m proud to offer pieces that are as kind to the planet as they are to the people who wear them.

Christmas is always one of my favourite times of the year, reading all the lovely notes accompanying ZPJ pieces that will be surprising their new owners as Christmas gifts! I'm constantly grateful for all the support of my little business.
